Team
Carlos finished his PhD at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2017. After six years as a Postdoc at University of Innsbruck, in October 2023 he moved to Vienna with a tenure-track assistant professorship.
Monika graduated with a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Oxford in 2017. She defended her PhD in quantum technologies from the University of Warsaw in 2023. She joined the group for her first postdoc to do research in quantum magnonics.
Marco Brühlmann
PhD Student
Marco studied his degree and masters at the University of Bern. He joined the group in January 2023 and is currently working on quantum magnonics.
Saurabh graduated with a Bachelor's in Engineering Physics from IIT Delhi and then moved to ETH Zürich for his Master’s. He joined the group in June 2024 and is currently working on the theoretical modeling of levitated mechanical resonators coupled to spin qubits.
Lorenzo studied his bachelor and Masters at University of Vienna. He joined the group on July 2024 and is currently working on tailoring interactions and entanglement between macroscopic quantum resonators.
